The Texas Secretary of State’s Office launched the statewide voter education
program called VOTEXAS.ORG — You Count. Texas Makes Sure. The program is
aimed at educating all Texans about the voting process–such as what their rights
are as a voter, where to find their polling place and once they get there, what to
expect at the polling place. And, finally, if it’s someone’s first time to vote, or they
simply want a refresher, Texans can practice voting on the voting system used in
their own county by visiting the VOTEXAS.ORG website.
And, you can help spread this important message by ordering brochures to
distribute to your community. These materials are free of charge and can be
ordered through the attached order form. You can also help by putting the attached
VOTEXAS.org web banners and web site link (www.votexas.org) on your website.
As the marketing firm for the VOTEXAS.ORG voter education campaign, we
appreciate your assistance in helping us get the word out to every eligible Texas
voter. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to request more
Thank you for your support of this important initiative.
