Workforce Solutions Permian Basin is promoting a private/public partnership to place youth 16-24 years old in private sector jobs. The Permian Basin can assist businesses to meet their employment needs and give our youth an opportunity to enhance and grow their skills.

Workforce Solutions will recruit and match the potential employee with positions identifies by employers. Wages for the participating youth are 100% subsidized by the private sector employers hiring the individual.
